Delivery is UK mainland only and based on the items ordered.
Delivery by pallet courier is £95, Delivery by parcel courier is £30 per item.
Accessories (stones; rear stubs and boards) are priced separately for delivery, but delivery is free when you buy any of these items at the same time as a porch.
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return standard items in a saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. This does not apply in the case of bespoke made to order items. Your statutory rights will still apply. The customer will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of the return shipping. Customers must provide proof of dispatch and tracking details for return shipping (to include photograph of returned items).
Any damages or shortages apparent on delivery must be reported to the delivery driver (so this can be noted on their paperwork). Any other damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Shropshire Door Canopies does not accept responsibility for returned items going missing. We will not reimburse any third-party contractors’ costs, for replacing parts.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Shropshire Door Canopies, of your decision to cancel this contract by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: ONLINE SHOP RETURN
You may use our cancellation form (MS Word document), but you don’t have to.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to email us as above before the cancellation period expires.
This does not apply in the case of faulty goods
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract before the dispatch of your goods, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
